Admissions

Children are admitted in the month of September following their fourth birthday.

Full-time education is available for children whose birthdays fall between September and March.

Children whose birthdays are between April and August are entitled to full-time education although many attend part-time (usually mornings only) from September to Christmas. After which they begin their full-time education in January.

The school recognises that different children have different needs and are willing to discuss the best way of starting school for you and your child. Arrangements are made for children to become familiar with the school in the term before they start. A series of sessions helps the children and you learn about the school.

Older children may also make preliminary visits before they start.

The official catchment area includes, Tidcombe, Oxenwood, Fosbury, Buttermere, Ham, Prosperous, Bagshot, Stype and Newtown. Free transport may be available for those living in the more remote areas. If you live outside the School Catchment Area, you are welcome to apply.  However, you will be required to fill out the relevant documentation, details of which can be obtained from the headteacher.
