School Dinners & Packed Lunches
All children in Acorn Class are entitled to a Universal Infant Free School meal under the UIFSM scheme funded by the government.
Packed lunches may be brought in from home. Please ensure a healthy lunch box is provided, sweets and fizzy drinks are not permitted. Struggling for ideas? Check out the
NHS Live well page for inspiration. In order to preserve the safety of those children with allergies please remember Shalbourne School is a nut-free school.
Our hot lunches are provided by Sue Brady Catering. Weekly menus are sent home and you can order either via the web site or by returning your forms to the school office.

Mid-morning snacks are provided for the children in Acorn Class free of charge under the School Fruit and Veg Scheme funded by the government .
Children in Squirrels and Oak Classes will need to bring their own healthy snack from home if they require one.
WE ARE A NUT- FREE SCHOOL. Please ensure that your child does not bring a nut based product into school in their lunch box. Thank you.
